ev cables

The plug connectors in our range are epoxy filled (see cross section of plug above) to avoid localised heating of the charging contacts and an effective dissipation of heat throughout the plug.

This also helps to maximize the performance and safety of the charging connector, making it less prone to breaks.

Cable Strain Relief
The innovative design, FSR (Flexible Strain Relief) eliminates stress on the cable to connector joining point, by elongating the flex area with a more durable material. The material also acts as a good resistor of fluids and seals the connection to the plug connector. We find that this technology assists in making our EV Cables the most durable EV cable in the aftermarket.

Chip Resistor Sustainability
Our EV Cables are produced using chip resistors, connected with cables on a printed circuit board. This circuit board is completely sealed thus making them very stable and less prone to fracture from connector impact.
